About Me

I started as a developer, building web applications with React and Django. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was more interested in breaking things than building them specifically, in understanding how systems fail and how to defend them.

That curiosity led me to cybersecurity. Today, I'm a final-year Computer Science student, training to become a SOC Analyst. I've spent the last year immersing myself in the world of defensive security learning to analyze logs with Splunk, hunt for threats with Wireshark, and respond to incidents through platforms like TryHackMe.

I participated in Advent of Cyber (2024 & 2025) from TryHackMe, where I simulated real-world attack scenarios and sharpened my incident response skills. I'm currently working through the Google Cybersecurity program and Hacktiviser, building a strong foundation in network defense, endpoint security, and threat management.

I'm also exploring how AI and machine learning can augment SOC operations from anomaly detection to automated response.

My goal is to become a SOC Analyst, where I can use my skills to protect organizations from evolving cyber threats and continue growing as a defender.
